A wise method for hernia treatment
Treating hernia effectively at Petrenko Kinesiology Center is your way to a life without pain and discomfort in the back area.
Hernia is a condition of the musculoskeletal system when displacement of the intervertebral discs are displaced causing the rupture of the annulus fibrosus. Such conditions are mostly common for the lumbar and cervical areas. A hernia is not a fatal disease. However, ignoring it can lead to serious consequences: back pain, dysfunction of the limbs, impaired blood circulation in the spine, sometimes even paralysis.
Hernia treatment is quite effective, if it is examined by specialists at an early stage. Therefore, if you notice pain in the spine or lower back, headaches, pain in the back and hands, we advise you to contact a specialist immediately.
One of the most effective methods of treatment is kinesiotherapy. After all, this method not only soothes the symptoms, but also finds and helps eliminate the origins of the problem.
The kinesiologist of our center knows exactly how to treat a hernia without surgery and selects an efficient rehabilitation program based on your physiological characteristics and previous diagnosis.

About our center. Our perspective on kinesiology
Our goal is simple - healthy nation
Unfortunately, the culture of health is poorly developed in our country. As a result, since our childhood we have problems with the musculoskeletal system, the quality and duration of life. Society could be much healthier, if it were more conscious of body development.
There are three main factors of the development: psycho-emotional, biochemical and mechanical. All of them affect muscles and the musculoskeletal system.
Psycho-emotional factor begins to form by our environment from birth. Nervous tension creates muscle strains and affects the musculoskeletal system.
Sitting at desks and computers at school makes our central nervous system get used to a low-active lifestyle. This is called mechanical influence.
As for the biochemical factor, the macro- and microelements that we receive or do not receive from our diet, directly affect the development of our muscles.
Sure, all these reasons may seem insignificant at the first sight. But what if I told you that the average person can live 15-20 years longer and simply avoid more than half of their diseases? Only because they work on their muscles.
Practical kinesiology is aimed to influence all 3 factors through the muscular skeleton.
Opening my center, I wanted to create a place with the most important specialists helping and consulting our patients. So far, 4 specialists are consulting in our center: a psychotherapist, an endocrinologist, a nutritionist and a physiotherapist.
That is the team that will help on the way to create a healthy and conscious nation.
In the future, we plan to collaborate with private educational institutions in order to form the right approach to children's health at school. After all, every child should have a psychotherapist, proper nutrition and physical activity.
