A WISE METHOD TO TREAT
MUSCULOSKELETAL SYSTEM

Inflammation of the sciatic nerve

If you notice a sharp and aching pain in the lower part of your body, this may be a signal of compression or inflammation of the sciatic nerve.

The sciatic nerve is the largest one in a human body, which starts at the pelvic region and elongates through the area of the lumbar region down to the foot. And this is mostly half of our body.

If you do not pay attention to this pathology in time, it can lead to serious consequences: reduced mobility or numbness in the limbs, particularly in the legs.

Inflammation of the sciatic nerve causes discomfort for everyday life. It is highly recommended to contact a doctor as soon as possible. If you are not attentive enough to this condition, it can lead to serious problems as it is mentioned above: reduced mobility, paralysis, numbness, etc.

Therefore, if you notice such symptoms as swelling, temperature over 38 degrees (Celsius), sharp pain in the lower limbs, redness of the skin where the nerve is located, we recommend you to consult a doctor.

Specialists of our center will not only find an effective method of treatment, but initially, eliminate the cause of the condition using the modern methods of practical kinesiology.

The sciatic nerve condition is a very common reason why clients come to us. Treating it is not a simple process, although quite a successful one. Thereby, our specialists are very experienced in detecting and treating the disease.

About our center. Our perspective on kinesiology

Our goal is simple - healthy nation

Unfortunately, the culture of health is poorly developed in our country. As a result, since our childhood we have problems with the musculoskeletal system, the quality and duration of life. Society could be much healthier, if it were more conscious of body development.

There are three main factors of the development: psycho-emotional, biochemical and mechanical. All of them affect muscles and the musculoskeletal system.

Psycho-emotional factor begins to form by our environment from birth. Nervous tension creates muscle strains and affects the musculoskeletal system.

Sitting at desks and computers at school makes our central nervous system get used to a low-active lifestyle. This is called mechanical influence.

As for the biochemical factor, the macro- and microelements that we receive or do not receive from our diet, directly affect the development of our muscles.

Sure, all these reasons may seem insignificant at the first sight. But what if I told you that the average person can live 15-20 years longer and simply avoid more than half of their diseases? Only because they work on their muscles.

Practical kinesiology is aimed to influence all 3 factors through the muscular skeleton.

Opening my center, I wanted to create a place with the most important specialists helping and consulting our patients. So far, 4 specialists are consulting in our center: a psychotherapist, an endocrinologist, a nutritionist and a physiotherapist.

That is the team that will help on the way to create a healthy and conscious nation.

In the future, we plan to collaborate with private educational institutions in order to form the right approach to children's health at school. After all, every child should have a psychotherapist, proper nutrition and physical activity.
